The BTX ECM 830 HT 96-Well system is used by researchers to accelerate discoveries in spinal cord injury research.

Neurons in the central nervous system lose their intrinsic capacity for axon regeneration as they mature.

It was published that high-content screening (HCS) offers an ideal way to identify genes, molecular pathways, and ultimately drugs that can promote the regeneration of axons in an extremely short time.

By combining electroporation in the BTX ECM 830 HT 96- well format, thousands of neurons can be tested for overexpression or gene knockdown.
