Online Measurement in Disposable Bioreactors

CITSens Bio from C-CIT AG is a unique system that allows the real time analysis of the measurements relevant to the cell culture process: glucose, glutamate and lactate are measured online and insitu directly in the disposable bioreactor. CITSens Bio is a costeffective system, which helps to ensure long-term stability and sterile conditions of the culture and at the same time increasing the efficiency in process optimisation. It is particularly suitable for 3D-cell cultures, development of new cell line cultures and applications as well as cell cultures with limited volumes. The CITSens Bio sensor is a screen printed electrode which can be used with all standard disposable bioreactors such as roller bottles, erlenmeyer flasks and bag reactors.
