At Microscience Cronus Technologies introduced three new analytical platforms that enjoyed a high level of interest by the delegates: ImageStream X Multispectral Cell Imaging system, TissueFAXS for high resolution, automated multichannel microscopy and MICRON for TEM image analysis.

ImageStreamX combines the most advanced technologies in optics, sensors, and image processing to achieve a fusion of the analytical power of flow cytometry with the visual detail of imaging. This enables tens of thousands of cell images to be acquired in seconds with over 200 morphologic and spectrometric parameters calculated for each cell and providing statistically significant quantitative analysis of cell populations.

The TissueFAXS and HistoFAXS platforms are fully supported with advanced software for automated quantitative microscopy of tissues, smears, stem cells, immunohistochemistry slides and tissue micro arrays. Automated single cell detection, dot plots and flow cytometric gating operation with dot-to-image functionality provide complete performance for applications in cancer research, pathology, immunology, dermatology, urology, clinical analysis etc.

The MICRON – TEM Imaging Plate Scanner provides high definition and digital images. The Digital Imaging Plate Technology used in the MICRON provides best results in resolution, linearity, sensitivity, dynamic range and DQE.

High resolution TEM imaging for weak phase contrast samples; no wet chemistry needed; cost effective - reusable Imaging Plates, suitable for any TEM instruments; stand alone device; working at any microscopes accelerating voltages; and second channel allows reflected laser light detection for advanced noise-correction.
