Dorton Analytical Ltd has been appointed the UK agency rights to support and supply the Dynamic Extraction Ltd range of High Performance Countercurrent Chromatography instrumentation.

High Performance Countercurrent Chromatography (HPCCC) instruments offer a simple solution for focusing effort on process development instead of redeveloping chromatographic methods as production scale increases.

Scale-up on these instruments is simple, reliable and robust, compared with HPLC - where scale up can sometimes require a complicated process involving redevelopment of chromatography methods - and it takes minutes to work out the conditions for use at either larger or smaller scales.
