Our Zero Air Generators deliver high purity air by using either an internal or external oil-free compressor. Air is filtered to remove moisture, passes through a platinum catalyst that oxidizes hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide down to less than 0.05 ppm, and then is further filtered to ensure no particles enter your analytical instruments. You can also opt to remove additional pollutants such as NO_x and SO₂.

Ultra Zero Air Supply

For applications requiring ultra-pure air, our Ultra Zero Air Generators employ pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology and a palladium catalyst to ensure a high purity supply.

Compressed air is purified through a series of filters and bed to remove moisture, next it passes through a platinum catalyst that oxidizes hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide down to less than 0.05 ppm. Like the Zero Air Generator, it also reduces pollutants like NO_x and SO₂, providing air with purity levels suitable for the most demanding analyses.

Hydrocarbon and CO₂-Free Air Generation

For TOC labs requiring hydrocarbon- and CO₂-free air, our generators offer a reliable solution. Pre-filtered air passes through a catalyst that removes hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide down to < 0.05 ppm, while additional drying eliminates CO₂ and moisture. This ensures a clean, dry air stream that’s perfect for TOC and other sensitive applications.
