Goojung Engineering Co. Ltd. has launched a new sample preparation system, EVATROS T.C.STM. It is a blow-down type sample evaporation system with built-in gas generator that is supplied for nitrogen or dry air gas.
The system consists of the sample concentration part and gas supplying unit.
With independently controlled gas spray nozzle and height adjustable nozzle, Evatros T.C.S provides convenient and efficient evaporation. Integrated system with gas generator saves operating cost and provides fast and constant evaporation.
Main Features
Applications
Evatros C sample concentrator control up to 48 nozzles simultaneously and consists of terraced 2 line heating blocks which have a slit to check the evaporation process without any additional step and a terraced block to make it easy to monitor rear side sample tubes. A completely closed system and built-in ventilation unit protect the operator from exposure to any evaporated vapor. Adjustment of nozzle height can be easily controlled by Joy-stick and drawer type shelf is used for sample preparation such as sample loading into the system. An independently regulated nozzle system provides a constant gas supply without variation of flow and pressure regardless of the number of nozzle used. Every nozzle can be turned on/off separately and also as a set (12 nozzles), therefore providing optimized evaporation conditions to use from one sample to 48 samples simultaneously
Advantages
EVATROS G, gas generator is a gas supplying unit especially designed for blow down evaporator. Evatros T.C.S consists of concentrator and gas generator and Evatros G is a gas supplying unit for Evatros C.
It is modular system to supply gas for concentrator and there are three models. EA-3000 is for dry air, EN-0600 is for nitrogen and ES-3600 is for both gases. EA-3000 and EN-0600 can be upgraded to ES-3600 easily. By selection switch, system supply dry air(200L/min) and nitrogen(60L/min).
