HP-BTM Combination Crusher, Splitter, Mill

The HP-BTM combination machine consists of a crusher, splitter and mill. The machine has been designed with maximum operator safety and ergonomics in mind. The operator is not required to bend, lift product, or climb stairs to load the system.

The crusher can accept up to 15 kg samples with a maximum particle size of 50 mm. The output from the crusher can be adjusted to produce a product of -2 mm.

Crushed material is split to the desired ratio, and the splitter waste can be retained or discarded.

Product from the splitter is automatically sent for milling or it can be removed from the system. Product is typically milled to -75 µm, depending on application and ore type.

Completed samples are presented to the operator on a conveyor belt.
