Labcold is pleased to announce that from the 1st December 2008 a Technical Service Manager, Allan Dickhart, was added to their growing service team. This means that expert technical assistance will now only be a phone call away for all customers, especially those who take advantage of Labcold’s competitive and comprehensive warranty and maintenance agreements.
As the complexity of the Labcold range increases, particularly with the recent certification of Labcold blood banks as medical devices, providing a front-line fix plus sound installation and maintenance advice has never been so important. Allan, with a proven track record in both technical engineering and running a busy service department will be the ideal person to deliver this service, improving customer response time considerably with his diagnostic and managerial skills.
But, this is not the only improvement Labcold is planning for its service department. Labcold completely understands that good after sales advice is vital if their equipment is to meet customer expectations. All members of the department have already been on a comprehensive meeting customer needs training course, but Labcold won’t be content to stop there. As well as investing in people, it will be upgrading the service software to ensure that Labcold continues to be ideally placed to meet the exciting challenges provided by the demands of being the largest UK based manufacturer of medical and scientific refrigeration products.
