Environmental Monitoring

LabWare LIMS now offers an Environmental Monitoring solution. It provides a configurable structure for scheduling routine environmental monitoring operations based on building, room, zone, sampling location and sample type. There is also a provision for managing operator samples and gowning qualification.

LabWare LIMS will pre-log fill room samples based on product, manufacturing stages and sample type, including in-process sampling.

Alert and Action limits are automatically applied to any testing based upon the room classification or water source. The system can be

easily adjusted for normal, increased or reduced sampling frequencies.

The environmental monitoring solution is fully integrated with other core LIMS capabilities and the full range of LIMS reporting, trending

and alerting features can be utilised with environmental monitoring operations. Key features include:

•  Flexible definition of sampling zones and locations
• Scheduling routines for Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and if appropriate, Shift-based EM samples
• Scheduling of settle plates, air monitoring, contacts and water sampling
