Vacuum Oven Turns Ten

The specialist for fast but gentle drying, degassing, tempering, storing and conditioning from the Memmert company turns 10 this year. The manufacturer is taking this opportunity to celebrate with its customers and to extend the warranty period to five years for every vacuum oven VO ordered between July 1st and December 31st, 2010 (does not apply to vacuum pumps and wear parts).

“Our technology leadership continues to prosper in a hard competitive environment”, explained Head of Marketing, Angelika Henneberg. “We are still the only manufacturer to have digital pressure control in the vacuum oven, and the panel heating is the guarantee for fast, precise and gentle heating.”

The direct heating of the shelves in the interior of the vacuum oven, combined with a convenient ramp programming, is intended primarily to reduce process times in environmental technology, cosmetics, as well as the food and electronics industries.

The wide range of applications for the vacuum oven is a continuing source of surprise, even in the Memmert sales department. This is why, to mark the anniversary, a user brochure was published on the occasion.
