The Bettersizer 2600 Plus combines laser diffraction and dual-camera dynamic imaging in a modular platform, delivering rapid particle size analysis from 0.02–3500 μm alongside particle shape analysis. By integrating ISO 13320 compliant laser diffraction with real-time imaging, researchers can identify agglomerates, large and irregular particles that particle size measurements alone may overlook. For nanoparticles, the BeNano Series characterises sub-micron particles (0.3nm - 15μm) using Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Electrophoretic Light Scattering (ELS) and Static Light Scattering (SLS). The BeNano measures particle size, zeta potential and molecular weight, helping researchers evaluate colloidal stability, nanoparticle behaviour and formulation performance across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, protein, polymer and nanomaterial applications.

The BeVision D3 offers high-throughput dry image analysis, providing a quick, solvent-free approach to measuring particle size (0.5 μm - 26 mm) and shape. By dispersing particles in air and capturing thousands of high-resolution images in seconds, it delivers statistically robust data. The basic camera system captures coarse particles, while the zoom camera system detects finer particles. In addition to equivalent diameter, the system quantifies 37 different shape parameters including aspect ratio, circularity and elongation, making it ideal for powders where particle shape directly affects flowability, packing, processing and final product performance.
