Powerful Dissolution Testing With Sotax Xtend Line and UV7 Excellence Spectrophotometer

Together with the METTLER TOLEDO UV7 Excellence spectrophotometer, the Sotax Xtend™ Line’s dissolution systems offer optimal flexibility for dissolution testing. Scalable and modular, they are suited to applications from formulation in R&D to quality control – providing robust, reliable drug-profiling data that meets the needs of a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Modular and adaptable - Standardised Xtend modules can be flexibly combined for differ­ent automation requirements. The UV7 Spectrophotometer can also be configured with Cu­vetteChanger and CertiRef™.

Automated analyses - Samples are automatical­ly pumped from the dissolution bath to the UV7 Spectrophotom­eter for the appropriate analysis. Automatic sampling improves accuracy and reproducibility.

Traceable and compliant – Q-Doc Dissolution software is 21 CFR Part 11–compliant. All read­ings are calculated, reported and stored. Q-Doc results can also be transferred to the LabX^® laboratory software.
