New Food Electrode

Mettler Toledo has launched a new pH puncture electrode. Designed with food applications in mind, the LE427 puncture electrode, with its robust spear shaped tip, makes penetrating solid samples easy work. Its gel electrolyte enables easy handling and low maintenance, saving users time and money. Plus its protective cover and glass shaft allow users to increase safety when working with critical samples – great for quick and safe food analysis.

A new kit version including the LE427 and a FiveGo™ pH meter is also available. The easy to use meter is ideal for portable pH measurements. Like other Five kits, this version comes with a set of buffer sachets for first calibrations, so they are set to go.
