Prince Technologies offers the PrinCE Next EMASS-II ion source, ideal for coupling our world’s leading Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) equipment to a wide selection of available ESI Mass Spectrometers (MS). CE-MS combines the advantages of both CE and MS to provide high separation efficiency and molecular mass information into a single analyses.

The PrinCE Next EMASS-II ion source incorporates an ultra-short capillary length. A novel sheath-flow CE-MS interface design, compared with a typical sheath-flow CE-MS interface, which results in significant increases in reactivity and robustness, high electrospray efficiency and increased nanoflow sensitivity with established CE-MS methods for peptide mapping and reduced monoclonal antibody intact mass analysis giving high-resolution and high-mass accuracy.
