Compact Capillary Electrophoresis Available

Sebia UK is pleased to announce the launch of Minicap, a new fully automated capillary electrophoresis system specifically developed to meet the needs of smaller clinical diagnostic laboratories.
Based on the same proven technology as the flagship Capillarys 2, the compact design and reduced footprint of Minicap makes it ideal for use in laboratories with limited bench space. As well as serum and urinary protein screening, Minicap can perform serum immunotyping, carbohydrate deficient transferrin and haemoglobin assays.

Minicap holds two reagents, which provides the flexibility to switch from one assay to another, and the migration temperature is tightly controlled to ensure accurate and reproducible results from both capillaries. An integrated barcode reader enables easy sample tracking from sampling to results giving complete walk-away operation.
With its compact size and the capacity to process up to 22 protein samples per hour, Minicap provides an excellent solution for low medium throughput laboratories.
