The prestigious MIS Asia IT Excellence Awards recognise excellence in information technology management.

Under the category of “Best Business Enabler-Public Sector”, this year’s winner was the Singapore Health Science Authority, for its Laboratory Integrated Scientific and Administration System (LISA) project.

The LISA project links laboratory instruments directly with the STARLIMS system. It enables HSA to improve laboratory operations by integrating best practices, automating the lab and creating a paperless environment.
