Since 1971, Teledyne Isco has provided customers with pumps that can handle a wide variety of fluids. Teledyne Isco syringe pumps give you precise, reliable metering for an incredible range of applications. You’ll easily handle a wide range of viscosities, flow rates from sub-microliter to 400 ml per minute, temperatures up to 200C and pressures to 20,000 psi (1380 bar) with accuracy of <0.5%.

Nitronic 50 is the standard material for cylinders, pistons, and caps, with Hastelloy and other alloys available for even greater chemical resistance. Standard seals are graphite-impregnated Teflon, providing long life under harsh operating conditions, with optional seals available for special applications.

Isco’s programmable multi-pump controller interfaces easily with your system, and provides great versatility with single pump independent mode, dual pump continuous delivery or receive mode. The controller can pump at constant flow, constant pressure and has flow and pressure programming facility.

To meet your specific needs, we can customise your high precision pump to handle special flow rates, pressures, port sizes, matrices and software. We can provide hardware and software interfaces to meet your specifications. Customised pump options include pressure transducers and large-bore valve packages – air or electric. 

We offer a variety of customised operating modes including dispense, receive 

and continuous flow with modifier addition.
