This year sees Esco celebrating 30 years of providing clean air solutions worldwide for the high-tech industrial and life sciences industries.
Founded in 1978, the company is said to have pioneered the development of clean air technology in Southeast Asia by designing and constructing the region's first cleanroom. Esco has also been acknowledged for its instrumental role in the development of clean air technology in Southeast Asia during the past three decades.
The company at first developed expertise in the construction of laminar flow clean air devices. Biological safety cabinets and fume hoods were
designed and manufactured during the early 1980s, expanding the company's scope in the field of containment technology.
Esco's 30th anniversary marks the company's emergence as a leader in the development of controlled environment, laboratory and cleanroom equipment solutions. Products sold in more than 100 countries include biological safety cabinets, fume hoods, ductless fume hoods, laminar flow clean benches, animal containment workstations, cytotoxic cabinets,
hospital pharmacy isolators, PCR cabinets, thermal cyclers, and cleanroom equipment.
