Precision Heated Hybridisation Ovens

UVP, LLC offers a range of hybridisation ovens with microprocessor controls for maintaining precision heating and rotation. Models include the HL-2000 HybriLinker which combines a hybridisation oven and UV crosslinker with independent controls for multifunctional operation. The RPM knob adjusts the speed control of the carousel which holds twenty 35 x 150mm or ten 35 x 300mm bottles. Offset bottle positioning ensures thorough mixing of samples. The UV crosslinker utilises shortwave 254nm UV for bacterial destruction or crosslinking prior to hybridisation. Hybridisation oven and UV crosslinker chambers are available as separate units.
