Autoclude are ISO 9001:2000 quality approved designers and manufacturers of peristaltic pumps, have long been suppliers of OEM peristaltic pumps to the washing and sterilising equipment industry.

The ever popular M045 and M500 pumps fitted with a.c. or d.c. motors are extensively used for pumping cleansing and sterilising liquids, where their quality and reliability complement the high quality products manufactured by Autoclude customers. Autoclude have now added the M025 pump to this low flow OEM range and this pump provides an alternative, especially when powered by a 12/24v d.c. motor.

All the pumps can be fitted with a variety of high quality tubing extruded from FDA approved material which are used to meet the demands of hygiene and chemical compatibility. Combining different tube sizes with different ratio gearboxes will give a wide range of flow rate options.

The pumps are easy to mount, install and maintain, with a relatively low cost tube assembly being the only component that usually requires replacement relative to the duty of the pumps. By design no moving parts contact the pumped liquid thereby ensuring consistent performance without contamination or clogging.

The pumps are suitable for a wide range of applications in science, medical, food and industrial applications, as well as generally within the OEM pumping marketplace.

Autoclude concentrate entirely on the design and manufacture of peristaltic pumps and peristaltic pumping systems. The OEM range extends from the smaller low flow pumps previously mentioned to larger pumps capable of delivering 23L/minute. In addition to the OEM products there exists a cased pump range providing simple manual control of speed/flow rate through to keypad control and programmable control for dosing purposes with remote signal and RS232 connection.
