Weighing in at just 7.5kg, these small pumps create deeper vacuum levels using a dry diaphragm pump construction. Pumping speed is 20 liters/min at 50Hz with an ultimate vacuum level of 2 mbar. The DTU model offers an added level of corrosion resistance against harsh and corrosive gases. They are high vacuum type diaphragm pumps with low vibration. It can be used as a backing pump for turbo pumps, analytical equipment, biochemical analysis, gas charging, vacuum drying systems, evaporators and more.

Pumping speed ranges from the size of 6 liter/min up to 240 liter/min at 50 Hz with an ultimate pressure from 2 mbar up to 240 mbar.
