Vacuubrand manufactures a comprehensive range of laboratory and instrumentation vacuum pumps, gauges and controllers for both coarse and fine vacuums. Vacuubrand’s first priority is to offer sophisticated equipment which meets the highest quality, professional standards expected of a modern laboratory. For example, ‘intelligent pumps’ make lab work more efficient, allowing chemists and technicians to focus their attention on other tasks.

They engineer and produce almost all of their pump and controller components at their facility in Germany. This enables Vacuubrand to quickly respond to the wide variety of demands from different laboratories, offering tailor-made solutions, and also ensures a consistent approach to the quality of their design and manufacturing processes.

Vacuubrand relies on a range of cutting-edge technology and machine tools to produce a large selection of products, including rotary vanes, diaphragm pumping units, chemistry vacuum systems, vacuum gauges and controllers, as well as valves and components of the innovative VACUU-LAN local vacuum network.

Available in the UK from Labtex, Vacuubrand vacuum technology makes your processes more reliable, safe and efficient.

Discover a wide selection of pumps for laboratory vacuum processes in the range of atmospheric pressure to 10-3 mbar. Pumps to suit many applications from simple filtration right through to freeze-drying and complex reaction systems, all offering Vacuubrand high performance, durability and ease of use.

Diaphragm Pumps

Chemistry diaphragm pumps from Vacuubrand feature an uncompromising approach to design; due to the use of fluoro-compounds, they are resistant to chemical vapours from inlet to exhaust, and are tolerant of condensates. Vacuubrand’s chemistry diaphragm pumps are typically used for evacuating chemically aggressive gases and vapours from rotary evaporators, vacuum drying cabinets and centrifugal concentrators.

Ideal for applications in the rough vacuum range: Get to know our diaphragm pumps for non-corrosive media, chemically resistant diaphragm pumps as well as ATEX diaphragm pumps for explosive areas. Discover for example:

  • ME 1C: Chemistry diaphragm pump down to 100 mbar
  • MZ 2C NT: Chemistry diaphragm pump down to 7 mbar

Screw Pumps

VACUU·PURE screw pumps are ideal for your applications in the fine vacuum range down to 10-3 mbar. They are suitable for oil-free and abrasion-free processes and for generating pure products. The design without wear parts additionally enables uninterrupted operation as well as a long service life. Discover for example:

  • VACUU·PURE 10C: Screw pump down to 5 x 10-3 mbar

Rotary Vane and Chemistry Hybrid Pumps

Vacuubrand rotary vane pumps are high performance, yet compact, and can be equipped with an extensive line of Vacuubrand accessories. Powerful enough for your processes down to 10-3 mbar. Vacuubrand rotary vane pumps extend oil change and maintenance intervals thanks to optimised circulation lubrication and large usable oil volume. The effective gas ballast feature, with its high flow gas ballast, provides high vapour pumping capability for both water and solvents.

Also get to know the corrosion-optimised chemistry HYBRID pump from Vacuubrand – consisting of a two-stage rotary vane pump and a chemistry diaphragm pump. Discover for example:

  • RC 6: Chemistry HYBRID pump down to 2 x 10-3 mbar
  • RZ 2.5: Rotary vane pump down to 2 x 10-3 mbar
