The new VIGORO recirculating coolers from JULABO, deliver excellent temperature stability of ±0.1 °C across a wide working temperature range from -30 °C to +40 °C. Thanks to the application-oriented options concept, each chiller can be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of virtually any external application.

The modern recirculating coolers are engineered for highly dynamic temperature control. Their powerful cooling and heating systems enable fast heat-up and cool-down times while maintaining precise temperature control, even under changing process loads. This makes them suitable for a wide range of applications in laboratories, research and industrial environments – from analytical applications and test benches to demanding production processes across many industries. By using environmentally friendly natural refrigerants, VIGORO recirculating coolers actively contribute to greater sustainability. In addition, frequency-controlled components automatically adjust their output to actual demand, significantly reducing energy consumption. The result is lower operating costs and a faster return on investment. The application-oriented options concept allows every VIGORO chiller to be specified according to individual customer requirements. An optional heating module extends the working temperature range from -30 °C up to +120 °C. High-performance pumps with high flow rates ensure reliable temperature control of external applications, while optional frequency-controlled pumps provide precise active pressure control. Various analogue and digital interfaces are available according to customer requirements. An optional Pt100 interface enables external temperature control. Depending on the application, water-glycol mixtures or silicone oils can be used as heat transfer fluids. Water can also be used with the optional freeze-protection feature. Operation is simple and intuitive via the large 7″ colour touch display with its clearly structured user interface. All operating parameters are easy to access and clearly presented. Thanks to the available communication interfaces, VIGORO recirculating coolers can be seamlessly integrated into higher-level control systems in both laboratory and industrial process environments.
