The NuAire Model NU-5100 DH DuraFlow Direct Heat CO2 Automatic Air-jacketed Incubator is designed to provide reliable, accurately controlled in-virto environment for optimal tissue cell culture growth. The Direct Heat provides the highest computer technology, precise temperature control and reliable CO2 gas control system. NuAire's Incubator Control Electronics is a state-of-the-art microprocessor-based control system specifically designed to deliver the precise control requirements for the chamber environment, providing optimum programmable conditions for culture growth. The microprocessor is ?user-friendly' with status indicators, LED display of control parameters and a touch control keypad to permit efficient operator entry of data.

The DH DuraFlow Incubator uses a microprocessor-based, reliable, TC CO2 sensor. The advanced sensor design provides a very stable drift-free output requiring less frequent calibration. Class 100 air quality conditions are provided by having the HEPA filter continuously cleaning the circulated chamber air within the incubator.Temperature recovery within the chamber is very quick. For frequent opening and closing of the door, the temperature recovers at a rate of 0.15°C per minute. A high relative humidity level is achieved in the incubatory by use of a stainless steel pan filled with distilled water and placed on the bottom of the chamber.
