Easy-to-use Spectrophotometer

GE Healthcare announces the launch of its new NanoVueTM spectrophotometer, with its special ‘drop and measure’ feature.
NanoVue is a UV/Visible spectrophotometer which quickly and accurately quantifies DNA, RNA, oligo and protein samples. Its convenient drop and read sample plate eliminates cuvettes and capillaries. Easy–to-use, NanoVue allows sensitive measurements of very small (Users simply pipette onto the sample plate, with results delivered in under five seconds.
Key features are, No cuvettes, capillaries or other sample devices, quick and easy cleaning, reducing the risk of crosscontamination, accurately assays low volumes of 0.5-5 ìl, conserving precious samples, pre-defined methods for nucleic acid and protein quantification, fast instrument start-up and intuitive software for ease of use, large,
easy-to-read display with relevant parameters at touch of button, up
to 90 user-defined methods can be stored with password protection, optional built-in printer or output data via USB and optional wireless
