The ATEX directive regulates the use of laser-based system in hazardous environments. The directive is aimed at maximizing safety in the workplace by minimizing hazards. "Kaiser is the first company to receive ATEX certification for a Raman analyzer," says Ian Lewis, Marketing Manager at Kaiser. "Compliance with the ATEX directive is critical for the safe use of Raman analyzers in classified environments.
