No noise and easy installation, the VICI DBS Ultra GT Zero Air Generator utilises the company’s proprietary platinum catalyst technology, using compressed air that is purified using a five step filtration and drying process.
With no moving parts the Ultra GT is noise-free and less prone to breakage, making the generator reliable for the long term and easy to install directly in the laboratory or online.
An external air supply is pre-filtered by high efficiency coalescing filters to remove water, oil and unwanted particles.
A self regenerative PSA drying module removes water vapour, CO and CO2. A customised scrubber is designed specifically to remove NOx and SOx, making it ideal for all analysers, TOC and specialised detector applications.
A continuous, on-demand supply of ultra zero grade air removes the logistics, inconveniences, downtime and costs of a cylinder system.
With pressure from 4.5 to 10 bar exceeds the requirements for even the most demanding GC analysers.
Free from THC, CO, CO2, NOx & SOx, the Ultra GT Zero Air Generator is ideal for all GC detector applications, offering a stable baseline with increased sensitivity.
