A particle-free and low-germ environment is essential in many industrial applications. Airborne dust particles can lead to defects, reduced quality and thus to increased costs. However, full-scale cleanrooms are often expensive to install and operate.

The CleanBoy® from Spetec offers an efficient alternative: it creates cleanroom conditions precisely where they are required – directly at the workplace. This targeted solution enables reliable processes while significantly reducing investment costs.

The mobile cleanroom workstation is designed for the assembly, inspection and storage of sensitive components in mechanical and electronic production environments. The mobile cleanroom workstation CleanBoy®, for example, enables users to create cleanroom conditions in any work area with effective results at low investment costs.

At its core, the CleanBoy® integrates a SuSi® (Super Silent) laminar flow module into a robust aluminium frame. Ambient air is drawn in through a pre-filter and passed through a high-performance filter of type H14. The filter has a separation efficiency of 99.995%, i.e. the filter separates at least 99.995% of all particles with a particle size of 0.12 μm (according to MPPS). You therefore work under ISO 5 clean room conditions on the tabletop of the unit.

The CleanBoy® is available as a tabletop and floor-mounted unit on wheels. It requires no installation and is ready for use immediately after delivery. Even within existing cleanrooms, it can be used to create locally ultra-clean zones with virtually no detectable particles.
