The Gilson Service Centre of Excellence is the only service centre in the UK and Ireland approved by Gilson to service Pipetman® and their entire range of pipettes to the manufacturers highest standards. The centre’s state of the art facility offers pipette repair, calibration and certification for pipette customers and prides itself on using only genuine Gilson parts on every repair order. This ensures optimum functionality, accuracy and precision of each pipette with the aim of matching its performance to original specifications.

Each Service Technician receives extensive training by skilled Gilson employees who work directly with the manufacturing process and is therefore an expert at inspecting, calibrating and repairing pipettes. Gilson certified Technicians calibrate the pipettes to manufacturer specifications, which are in fact, up to two times tighter that standard ISO 8655 specifications. Only approved Gilson Service Centres are authorised to display the ‘Centre of Excellence’ symbol, Gilson’s unique seal of assurance.
