Located in Bedford, the state-of-the-art facility offers pipette repair, calibration and certification for pipette customers located throughout the United Kingdom and Eire. Every aspect of the service centre has been meticulously designed to incorporate the very latest in pipette calibration and repair technology. As the only service centre in the UK that is authorised to service Pipetman pipettes, the Gilson Service Centre of Excellence prides itself on using only new, genuine Gilson parts on every repair order, ensuring that the functionality of each pipette is matched perfectly to original specifications. Each Service Technician receives extensive training by skilled Gilson employees who work directly with the manufacturing process, and is an expert at inspecting, calibrating and repairing pipettes.

Gilson-certified Technicians calibrate the pipettes to manufacturer specifications, which are up to two times tighter than standard ISO 8655 specifications. Pipetman brand pipettes are known for their rugged durability and long life spans, and the Gilson Service Centre is devoted to ensuring that Pipetman pipettes function as accurately and precisely as they did when first purchased.
