APS One Automated Pourer Stacker - One automatically pours up to 10 litres agar per cycle

AES CHEMUNEX have launched a revolutionary automated Petri dish filling system. The new APS One (Automated Pourer Stacker) has a capacity of 560 plates, thus enabling uninterrupted filling cycles of 10 litres agar without reloading (optional store brings capacity to 800 plates – 14 litres).

The new patented agar dispensing and homogenising features represents a real breakthrough in Petri dish filling automation, ensuring highest quality plates even for low volume agar plates pouring.

This true walk away system automatically fills virtually all Petri dishes at a maximum speed with a minimum space requirement and can use both 90mm and 55mm Petri dishes (option). The APS One is particularly compact - only 845mm tall - making it easy to load the columns. The 14 columns allow fast, easy loading and the large, colour display screen is pictogram-led so is very simple to follow.
