New Adiafood kits Enable Product Release Within 24 hours
AES CHEMUNEX launches its new range of kits for detection of food pathogens: ADIAFOOD®. Based on the real-time PCR technology, this range of ‘ready to use’ kits combines sensitivity, specificity and speed with ease of use . This "open" platform has been designed for routine use in food industries and offers simplified protocols as well as automated result interpretation through the proprietary software ‘SENTINEL’.
Two exclusivities must be notified : Whether for Salmonella, E. coli
O157: H7 and especially Listeria monocytogenes, an enrichment of 18H followed by about 2H PCR are sufficient to give presence absence results. On the other hand, a solution offering an enrichment of 8H common to Salmonella and E. coli O157: H7 is being in validation and will be offered
