Sampl'air® is a high performance but affordable impaction based air sampler for the monitoring of airborne contaminants.

Its performance has been evaluated according to the ISO 14698-1 standard by the UK Health Protection Agency (HPA) in Porton Down. The Institute said in its conclusion that: "The results of the physical testing of the Sampl'air obtained were very consistent and the standard deviations were of a low order for aerobiological studies. The Sampl'air was found to be efficient (115.9%- 138.5%) for collecting particles containing bacterial cells in the size range 2.5- 12.5 um compared to membrane filters. The efficiency of the Sampl'air for lower particle size (0.8- 1.3um) was found to be excellent (60.5- 66.2%). This suggests that the d50, the particle diameter at which the sampler efficiency drops below 50%, is approximately 0.5 um. The percentage of microbiological particles found in indoor environments at this particle size is extremely low and therefore the Sampl'air should be capable of collecting over 99% of particles occurring in this environment."

The Sampl'air is available in two versions, Lite and Pro, the latest offering total traceability functions.
