Introducing NEW HALO® Phases - 1,000 Å ES-C18 and 90 Å Biphenyl
Jul 04 2018
Advanced Material Technologies (AMT) have announced the brand-new HALO® 1,000 Å ES-C18 phase as part of their BioClass range of Fused-Core® HPLC columns! This unique phase is perfect for the separation of monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, and large proteins. Available in 2.7 µm and 3.4 µm particle sizes, the 1,000 Å ES-C18 exhibits low bleed making it ideal for your LC-MS applications. Perform HPLC and UHPLC separations on large biomolecules at moderate backpressures.
Additionally, AMT have also announced the HALO® 90 Å Biphenyl phase for the enhanced separation of aromatic compounds. This 2.7 µm Fused-Core® phase provides even greater retention of aromatic compounds than the HALO® Phenyl-Hexyl phase and can be used in highly aqueous conditions. HALO® 2.7 µm Fused-Core® columns can carry out UHPLC-like separations at lower backpressures than fully-porous sub-2 µm columns!
- NEW HALO® 1,000 Å ES-C18 phase for mAb, ADC, and large protein analysis.
- NEW HALO® 90 Å Biphenyl phase for separation of aromatic compounds.
- Fused-Core® technology for high-speed, high resolution, and highly reproducible separations.
- Suitable for HPLC and UHPLC instrumentation.
These new Fused-Core® phases are excellent additions to your method development arsenal.
