16 Jun, 2025

Avidity Science is a trusted partner in the global science community, delivering high-quality water purification systems and unrivalled service.

Supporting its product portfolio in EMEA is the Avidity Science service team, comprising 25 field-based service engineers who are fully trained to install, commission, train, and maintain the company’s systems for customers. The engineering team carries a comprehensive set of spare parts to allow first-time fix of 95% of repair call outs.

Based in Long Crendon, near Thame, Avidity Science’s dedicated customer support and administration teams are on hand to support customers, schedule engineering visits, and process orders. They work closely alongside (they are in the office next door to) the warehouse team to dispatch parts to site overnight for the completion of critical repairs.

The company is always keen to welcome customer feedback, with the option to complete a feedback survey after every service and installation. This helps the team to focus on priorities and ensures continuous improvement of service.

In addition to selling and servicing its own manufactured water purification systems for laboratories, Avidity Science is the UK distributor and service partner for NuAire biosafety cabinets and CO₂ incubators, as well as Systec autoclaves, media preparators, and media fills.
