BioTek Instruments debuts their updated BioTek.com website with a fresh, modern design, improved SEO and fast user access to product, applications and company information. The redesign applies to all BioTek local language websites, and reflects the company’s significant growth in the life science instrumentation market.
BioTek commissioned Neptune Web in Somerville, MA to strengthen search engine optimisation for boosted online visibility, and deliver an all-new online experience with improved usability. They used the latest digital technology for clean code, fast load times, and a responsive design that allows online visitors to conveniently access information from their device of choice.
Streamlined navigation and a user-friendly product finder help people quickly find what they are looking for, and updated corporate and local support pages highlight BioTek’s commitment to personalised service. Content discovery mechanisms include a broad range of videos to aid in product visualisation and comprehension, along with a fully searchable database of over 2,000 citations and hundreds of application notes and scientific resources related to BioTek’s imaging, microscopy, detection and liquid handling products.
“Our goal of improving customer efficiency extends beyond our life science instrumentation to include the online experience,” explained Julie Murray, Sr. Marketing Operations Manager at BioTek. “We’re excited that our new web site is a convenient and engaging platform to showcase our products and the applications that they enable.”
