Building on the success of BUCHI’s leading series of laboratory and at-line NIRSolutions™ instruments, BUCHI are proud to present the NIR-Online® range of dedicated process NIR spectrometers. Complete, robust NIR analysis can now be moved directly onto the production line providing continuous measurement and trending plots of critical process parameters, measured via NIR, in real time.

Available with a wide range of mounting accessories, instruments are easily attached to provide measurement on, for example, pipes, chutes, chain conveyers and conveyer belts.

Optimum measurement performance is assured by the automatic calibration function which automatically adjusts all calibration parameters using advance software algorithms, minimising user involvement. Instruments are designed specifically for the adverse conditions found in the production environment, providing unrivalled performance year in year out.
