Smart pH Meter Wins Best New Product at the S-Lab Awards
Jun 28 2017
TRUEscience, a new smart pH meter from Camlab, has been presented with The Best New Product award at The S-Lab Exhibition and Awards in May, 2017.
S-Lab selected the meter from a competitive group to receive the award, a benchmark in products that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of labs.
The award confirms this innovative technology is a substantial benefit to laboratory owners and users. Not only has TRUEscience made pH testing faster, it has also made it simpler and more affordable with added functionality and the performance of more expensive meters.
The awards were accompanied by a two day exhibition where a range of lab managers and technicians from all areas of industry and academia came to see the TRUEscience stand and try it out for themselves.
The award was presented at a black tie evening ceremony at York Race Course, following the busy 2 day exhibition.
Rowan Moulder from the TRUEscience team said: “We're so excited that S-Lab have recognised the innovation TRUEscience brings to pH testing, our technology has already made pH tests faster, simpler and smarter in labs from academic, research and food production sites - we're honoured that S-Lab have recognised this.”
The S-Lab Awards are globally recognised as the bar setters when it comes to outstanding lab design, operation, and management. Originally focusing on just energy efficiency in laboratories S-Lab, a non-profit organisation funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), has expanded their concept to cover efficiency and also effectiveness of the labs.
Over the course of the exhibition academics and industrialists were treated to excellent presentations to see the latest technology in action, allowing them to plan their next steps in making their labs more efficient, something that TRUEscience helps to accomplish.
Winning an award that is so widely recognised, reinforces and adds strength to the positive testimonies received from users in all areas of industry.
