The Nightsea system is a complete solution to adapt just about any stereo microscope for fluorescence with no modification to the microscope itself. The modular design lets you easily switch between several different excitation and emission combinations to work with a variety of fluorescent proteins and other fluorophores.

This inexpensive, simple system is quick and easy to install and can be moved easily between microscopes.  The system is excellent for fluorescent genotypes – Drosophila, zebrafish, C. elegans etc, including genotype sorting, fluorescence-aided dissection, injection or micromanipulation.

There are now six different excitation and emission combinations available, plus white light.
