Accurate and Precise ICP Data
Jun 01 2016
With growing numbers of laboratories requiring high quality data - Warwick Analytical Service are able to provide accurate and precise ICP data across a wide range of sample types.
Operating in an ISO 17025 accredited and GMP compliant environment following strict operating procedures ensures Warwick Analytical Service can deliver consistent high quality ICP data
Equipped with multiple modern high resolution ICP-OES instrumentation - Warwick Analytical Service is able to resolve complex spectra’s and analyse the most difficult samples. Routine instrument detection limits are low for most elements (typically <10parts per billion) and multi-element determinations can be achieved to a high level of accuracy and precision
For particularly demanding materials, such as metal oxides, metallic catalysts, polymers and geochemical materials, that do not dissolve well by traditional means - high pressure microwave digestion apparatus can be used to effectively and rapidly digest samples ready for ICP-OES analysis. Effective digestion of samples can also be improved by performing a two stage HF digestion process on samples containing Si, W or TiO2 to ensure complete solubility of the solution. The result is enhanced data reproducibility and improved recovery.
Warwick Analytical Service is a company dedicated to providing high quality data at a realistic cost. Through experienced, qualified staff, the latest analytical instrumentation and working closely with clients - WAS has established a strong reputation for informed personal service and delivering high quality data on time.
The WAS ICP-OES Semi-Quantitative scan service is available for the determination of a wide range of major and trace elements in a single analysis. ICP-OES analysis enables accurate and precise analysis for >67 elements in the periodic table. Analysis times range from a 24 hour, three working days or a standard five working day service.
