Faulkner Export Packaging Ltd has launched a new range of top or bottom fill laminated high barrier pouches with resealable zipper closures and easy open tear notches.
A number of technical laminates including mPET/PE, PET/Alu foil /PE and PET/Alu foil/ Nylon/PE are held in stock to facilitate custom order production in 10 days. Printing is available in up to 4 colours with Flexo and single colour hot foil print is a further option for shorter runs.
This new range was developed for packing the microtiter multi-well assay plates used in the medical Bio Diagnostic Kit industry but has a wide range of applications where heavy duty barrier materials are needed with a zipper feature. Non-zipper open top pouches, bags and liners are also available in a wide variety of substrates from 75mm x 100mm up to 1300mm x 2000mm. A full range of anti-static barrier films is also available for applications requiring ESD protection
