Hamamatsu Photonics KK has developed a new high-output ultraviolet LED light source that offers approximately 7 times the UV intensity of previous units for use in high-throughput UV printing applications. The new LIGHTNINGCURE® LC-L5G (part number: L12990-2303) provides the same level of output as metal halide lamps. It will be available to manufacturers of printing equipment from the 1st April 2015.
