Publisher of leading scientific journals including Labmate UK & Ireland, International Environmental Technology and Petro Industry News, International Labmate has expanded its portofolio to publish and

sell scientific books aimed at industry and academia.

ILM Publications is the company’s book publishing division, which produces high-level reference books for scientists and researchers working in industry, universities and governmentrelated bodies. The publishing programme mainly focuses on the areas that International Labmate’s journals specialise in: the laboratory and analytical techniques, environmental science, and energy and fuels.

The first book by ILM Publications was published in March this year, entitled Modelling of Pollutants in Complex Environmental Systems, Volume I, edited by Dr Grady Hanrahan of California Lutheran University, USA (ISBN: 9781906799007 | hardback | 376 pages | £51). The second volume will be published later in the year. These books are part of the Advanced Topics in Environmental Science series, which deals with

cutting-edge topics covering the full spectrum of physical, chemical, biological and sociological aspects of this important discipline.

Other titles to be published later in the year also include Field Detection Technologies for Explosives and Monolithic Chromatography and Its Modern Applications.

These books, as well as a variety of science and technology titles produced by other publishers, including Wiley and Springer, are available for sale on the company’s online book shop: www.ilmbookstore.com. The site offers a range of discounts and special offers to customers, and shipping is free to addresses in the UK.
