Increased Pump Capacity for the DYNEO Series

With the DYNEO series, Julabo offers a wide range of powerful circulators. The DYNEO heating immersion circulators and refrigerated circulators ensure flexible use for the most demanding temperature applications in the laboratory in the usual premium quality. Despite the high heating and cooling capacities, the DYNEO operates extremely quietly and can be installed in any laboratory to save space. Not only has attention been paid to high heating and cooling capacities but also safe and practical handling.

New More Powerful Circulating Pump

As of March 2020, Julabo has upgraded the DYNEO series with a considerably more powerful circulating pump as standard. This significantly increases the pump capacity of the devices to a supply pressure of 0.1 ... 0.7 bar and a flow rate of 8 ... 27 l/min. This means an increase in performance by about +17 %. The products remain unchanged with respect to the proven control, handling, and dimensions.

Safe and Easy Handling

For quick and convenient access, all controls and security functions are easy to operate from the front. With the unique rotary knob (controller), the DYNEO series offers a new operating option. The entire menu and all settings are controlled directly via the central operating element on the front of the circulators. At the same time, the integrated electronics allow temperature control programs to be run automatically. Circulator and refrigeration unit can be switched on and off simultaneously using the mains switch on the top of the circulator. The pump can be switched between internal and external circulation directly under the display. To ensure that the data can be read easily even from a distance, the DYNEO has a robust and bright industrial display. The temperature control medium is drained quickly and easily via the integrated drain tap – without the need for additional tools.

Space-saving and Flexible in Use

Like all Julabo devices, the DYNEO has no vents slots on the sides and can be placed directly next to applications, other devices, or against the wall to save space. Practical handles or castors guarantee easy transport and trouble-free moving of the devices to another location. The newly developed bath cover is designed to protect against unintentional contact and thus to prevent burns.

Powerful and Efficient

The powerful DYNEO refrigerated circulators are particularly suitable for use in basic research, materials testing, or technical installations. They offer a temperature range from -50°C to +200°C with a heating capacity of 2 kW. The refrigerated circulators work precisely and reliably even at higher ambient temperatures up to +40°C. Outstanding insulation of the devices prevents unnecessary energy loss and thus supports the energy efficiency of the DYNEO series.

DYNEO circulators for internal and external applications convince through functionality, ease of use, and modern design. The devices are available for applications from 4 to 26 litres and are equipped with an integrated cooling coil for counter-cooling. The integrated drain tap guarantees safe and clean draining. All DYNEO devices feature integrated pump connections as well as an external Pt100 connection.
