Manufacturer of industrial and laboratory furnaces, Linn High Therm GmbH, present new burn-in chamber furnaces for clean room operation for use in wafer production, R&D and laboratory. Features include: Temperature maximum of 300°C, 5kW, useful chamber 64 l; protective gas operation N2, Ar; oxygen measurement; fast cooling device; air circulation, temperature distribution +/- 3 K or better; and dragging thermocouple connection.
