Digital and Programmable Hot-Plates with Excellent Temperature Control

MRC digital and programmable aluminium topped hot-plates, models HP-400/HP-600 features a temperature range up to 370°C with ±1°C stability. Excellent heat conduction distributes the heat evenly and uniformly over the entire heating surface. The dIgital set-point and read-out of actual temperature can be displayed in °C or °F. A PID microprocessor controller provides precise temperature regulation and the temperature may be controlled either at the plate by an internal sensor or at the sample by a thermocouple immersion probe.

In the event of broken sensor, power to the heater is automatically shut-down. A pilot light indicates when the heat is hot. The top plate is chemical resistant and easy to clean. Special radiation shields keep apparatus relatively cool during continuous operation.

MRC is also capable of manufacturing bespoke hot-plates according to customer’s requirements.
