The standardized heat flow (HFM) measurement technique allows for fast and reliable determination of the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of insulating and building materials. The heat transfer coefficient of glazed panels is also a factor in determining the U-value of a building.

In this webinar, the basics of heat flow measurement on insulating and building materials will be presented using a heat flow meter (HFM). The application of this technique on fibers and foam insulations in research, development and quality control will be demonstrated by means of measurement examples. Another part of the webinar will be dedicated to the new Uglass measuring instrument. This instrument allows measurement of the Ug-value on glazed panels that are already built in. Examples from practice shall demonstrate the simplicity of this method and present possibilities for application.

Here you can register for the free webinar. We are looking forward to your participation.
