Scientific Laboratory Supplies (SLS) is delighted to announce the launch of the new Flowgen microplate spinner.
Competitively priced with a host of features this is the ideal plate spinner for budget conscious researchers. Accepting a most types of PCR plates, including deep well plates, MCTs and PCR strips using an optional accessory, the instrument quickly spins down droplets. The unique swing-out rotor design prevents spillage and allows plates to be spun without sealing. Most samples can be spun down in less than 20 seconds whilst the electric brake brings the rotor to a quick, smooth stop in just 4 seconds. With a speed of up to 2,550 rpm / 600 x g the plate spinner is less than half the size of traditional centrifuges.
The plate spinner is backed by a two year warranty.
