New Micro Penetration Probe for the Food industry

Following the success Sentek have enjoyed over the years with pH electrodes used in the food industry, it was decided to produce a new micro penetration probe for the measurements of cheese, fruit, fish, meat and meat products (such as ham).

Sentek have now launched the P29, after months of testing to ensure the probe was superior to those they already produced. The first customer to buy one has already indicated he wishes to buy more for his company.
