Laboratory Self-refilling Syringes

The range of Dosys^TM automatic dispensing syringes provides for simple repeat reagent distribution within 0.025 mL to 10 mL.

All models have a chrome plated body, interchangeable ground glass barrel and volume setting mechanism with locking nut. Plunger tightness is achieved without an O-ring thanks to the precise match of stainless steel plunger with glass barrel. A two way valve system and spring loaded plunger facilitates automatic filling of each dose.

The classic syringes are best suited for water based solutions, whereas superior corrosion resistance models are recommended for more critical reagents.

Possible applications include repeat distribution, filtration, sampling, filling 96-well plates (when using suitable 8-channel manifold). DosysTM syringes are autoclavable at 121°C for 20 minutes, thus providing added working possibilities such as distribution of sterile hot agar and cell culture media.

All syringes are supplied with silicone feed tube, aspiration and vent cannulas and a set of spares. Easy disassembling for cleaning without tool. All parts are interchangeable for easy maintenance.
